Booking a shoot with Film by Shuvo means agreeing to the points below. Anything specific to your project is written into the quote.
Booking and payment
A date is held once the quote is accepted and the advance is paid. The balance is due on delivery of the final files unless the quote says otherwise.
Revisions
Every quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra rounds, added scenes or a changed concept after the edit has started are quoted separately.
Rescheduling and weather
Outdoor and drone shoots depend on conditions. If weather makes filming unsafe, the day moves to the next agreed date at no extra fee.
Usage rights
You receive the rights described in your quote. I keep the right to show finished work in my portfolio and on social media unless we agree in writing that the project stays private.
Files and backups
Final files are delivered by cloud link and kept for 90 days. Raw footage is not included by default and can be bought separately.
Travel
Travel, accommodation, permits and drone clearances outside the agreed location are billed at cost and listed in the quote before the shoot.
